The hotel was what I thoroughly enjoyed during the weekend. Had incredible stay on this visit with gentle staff and incredible location near the ocean. The pool was heated and I had delicious drinks in the main bar.

The beach crew was fantastic ! They set up chairs and umbrellas, provided boogie boards, and the kids loved building sandcastles. One highlight was taking one of the hotel's E-bikes to explore the coastal paths. It made tackling those uphill sections so much easier. Perfect for our active teens!
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options on site.

The garden view room offered a peaceful escape, surrounded by lush landscaping. The breakfast selections were excellent, with fresh options that were enjoyable each morning.
The staff interaction was disappointing.

It offers amazing location and has knowledgeable staff from chambermaid. You could walk to a market and gift stores. The rooms are big size with views, everything is good.

We explored fine coastal bike paths and even tried out stand-up paddleboarding, a blast. The scenery was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend checking out the Eco-Adventure Center for some marine wildlife viewing.
I waited over three hours for them to handle a flooding issue in our room, and their solution was just laying down towels.

Amazing location and fantastic hospitality
The ocean views from my room were amazing, and the staff were really good too. It was a privilege to enjoy s'mores by the fire pit while soaking in the beautiful surroundings. I was caught off guard by the $75 overnight valet charge, which I felt should have been better communicated.
